White House Cracks Down On Misuse Of Federal Cash

Law360, New York (May 24, 2011, 7:14 PM EDT) -- The White House Office of Management and Budget said Monday it was launching four new programs to crack down on improper payments made by federal agencies, including a program that will let states share a Medicaid provider enrollment system and another to limit unemployment overpayments.
