Wang Hartmann's Suit Against Ex-Attorney Tossed

Law360, Los Angeles (May 25, 2011, 10:31 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday threw out a suit by Wang Hartmann Gibbs & Cauley PLC over trademark infringement and unfair competition claims against a former lawyer who allegedly kept client payments while setting up the firm's UK office.
