Citigroup Hit With FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (May 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Citigroup Inc. has been hit with a proposed collective action and class action suit by a former computer technician claiming violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York labor laws, just two weeks after a similar suit was filed against the financial services company.

Carmelo Millan filed the lawsuit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, claiming that Citigroup misclassified IT support technicians as exempt from overtime compensation.
