Calif. Egg Ranch Emissions Are Nuisance, Jury Says

Law360, New York (May 26, 2011, 4:21 PM EDT) -- A federal jury found Tuesday that Olivera Egg Ranch LLC neglected to reduce ammonia emissions at a French Camp, Calif., egg-laying facility, awarding $544,000 in damages in a suit launched by residents and The Humane Society of the United States.
