Law360, New York (May 26, 2011, 9:45 PM EDT) -- The village of Tarrytown, N.Y., sued General Motors LLC and the village of Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., in state court Tuesday over the environmental review process behind a major mixed-use development that the automotive giant has proposed.
