Kroger Settles Managers' OT Collective Action

Law360, New York (May 27, 2011, 1:41 PM EDT) -- Kroger Limited Partnership I agreed Thursday to settle a collective action brought in Virginia by managers who accused the grocery store chain of violating federal law by failing to pay them overtime wages.

Kroger and the plaintiff class, which consists of 26 managers, filed a joint motion asking the court to approve a settlement resolving the managers' Fair Labor Standards Act claims. The terms of the settlement agreement were filed under seal.
