China Voice Sues Insurer For Defense In SEC Suit

Law360, New York (May 27, 2011, 2:32 PM EDT) -- China Voice Holding Corp. sued its insurers Wednesday in Texas seeking defense coverage under a directors and officers liability policy for U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission allegations that it ran an $8.6 million Ponzi scheme.
