Chevron Seeks $74M From US Over Failed Oil Talks

Law360, New York (May 27, 2011, 6:05 PM EDT) -- Chevron USA Inc. is seeking $74 million from the U.S. Department of Energy to recoup legal and administrative costs that were allegedly wasted during tainted negotiations over the division of a jointly owned oil field, according to a Thursday court filing.
