Kaplan Gets OK To Question EEOC Hiring In Bias Suit

Law360, New York (May 27, 2011, 5:21 PM EDT) -- The Ohio federal judge overseeing the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's putative class action over Kaplan Higher Education Inc.'s allegedly discriminative use of credit histories in hiring ruled Friday that the defense can question the agency about its own background checks.
