Law360, New York (May 27, 2011, 7:19 PM EDT) -- A Nebraska federal jury on Thursday found that a class of Tyson Foods Inc. workers at a Lexington, Neb., beef slaughter and processing facility were properly compensated for their work, despite their claims to the contrary.
The jury nixed arguments that the workers were not adequately paid for time spent preparing to work on the production assembly line.
