US Loses Bids To Dismiss Jacobs, IBM Protests

Law360, New York (May 31, 2011, 2:48 PM EDT) -- The federal government must face litigation from two contractors over a multimillion-dollar technology contract with the U.S. Department of Defense, after a judge on Friday denied the government's motion to dismiss a complaint filed by an IBM Corp. unit.

Both IBM's complaint and the U.S. motion to dismiss were filed under seal in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, but Judge Edward J. Damich denied the motion while also publishing a redacted version of a previous denial of a U.S. motion to dismiss the complaint filed...
