Madoff Trustee Could Lose Venue Fight In $60B Kohn Suit

Law360, New York (May 31, 2011, 8:30 PM EDT) -- A recovery trustee for Bernard L. Madoff victims may lose his choice of venue for a $60 billion fraud suit originally lodged in New York bankruptcy court against Austrian financier Sonja Kohn, a bank and others allegedly complicit in the Ponzi scheme.
