Microsoft Contract Suit Over Motorola Patents Trimmed

Law360, New York (June 2, 2011, 2:20 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Washington state on Wednesday trimmed claims from Microsoft Corp.'s lawsuit accusing Motorola Inc. of breaching an agreement to license various patents, and consolidated the case with a patent infringement suit the cellphone company brought against Microsoft.
