Bose Targets Able Planet In Headphone IP Suit

Law360, San Diego (June 2, 2011, 3:36 PM EDT) -- Bose Corp. on Wednesday brought a suit in Colorado federal court alleging Able Planet Inc.’s noise-canceling headphones infringed its patents and trade dress.

The Framingham, Mass.-based plaintiff claims that Able Planet’s headphones violate a utility patent before its expiration, two design patents and the company’s trade dress.
