Calif. Court Won't Reinstate Firm In VeriSign Suit

Law360, New York (June 2, 2011, 4:40 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Tuesday refused to reinstate a law firm disqualified from representing VeriSign Inc.'s former chief administrative officer for allegedly using privileged documents to craft breach of contract and securities fraud claims against the company.
