Buyers Say TWS Misbranded HomeMaker OJ As Pure

Law360, New York (June 2, 2011, 5:30 PM EDT) -- Consumers slapped TWS Marketing Group with a proposed nationwide class action Thursday in Alabama federal court, claiming the Florida-based company lied that its HomeMaker Premium orange juice was not made from concentrate.

The lawsuit comes on the heels of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration warning TWS in a Nov. 10 letter that it had violated the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act by misbranding its HomeMaker Premium 100% Pure Florida Squeezed Orange Juice as being "made with not from concentrate juice" even though its ingredient...
