Real Estate Co. Says Online Listings Anti-Competitive

Law360 (May 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A defunct real estate company has filed a lawsuit alleging that two real estate associations in Detroit muscled it out of a realty-listing database in violation of antitrust laws.
