Cases Added to Suit Over Wyeth, Pfizer HRT

Law360, New York (May 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The multidistrict litigation against the makers of controversial hormone replacement drugs has ballooned to over 3,900 consolidated complaints, with a judicial panel this week adding more cases to the list.

The panel filed a conditional transfer order Tuesday, moving six cases to the ever-growing product liability lawsuit assigned to Judge William R. Wilson in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
