Jobs Report Shows Need To Pass Trade Pacts: Hatch

Law360, New York (June 3, 2011, 7:11 PM EDT) -- Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, renewed his call Friday for the White House to submit three pending trade deals to Congress, citing new federal jobs numbers that showed an increase in unemployment.

Hatch and other Republican lawmakers criticized the President Barack Obama after the U.S. Department of Labor released employment figures for May that showed job growth slowing over the past month.
