Calif. Court Reverses Kaiser Asbestos Reinsurer Decision

Law360, New York (June 6, 2011, 7:33 PM EDT) -- A California state appeals court on Friday overturned a judgment for Kaiser Cement and Gypsum Corp. that reinsurer Insurance Co. of the State of Pennsylvania was responsible for paying asbestos claims above a $500,000 primary policy limit.
