Chiquita Can't Get Colombian War Crimes Suits Tossed

Law360, New York (June 3, 2011, 11:17 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Florida on Friday refused to toss claims against Chiquita Brands International Inc. in multidistrict litigation brought by relatives of people allegedly tortured and killed by a Colombian paramilitary group paid to provide security on its banana farms.
