Fed. Circ. Won't Revive $25M VA Contract Fight

Law360, New York (June 6, 2011, 5:10 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday refused to revive a former service-disabled veteran-owned small business' challenge to the U.S.' allegedly improper solicitation of a $25 million construction project at a veterans hospital in Missouri.
