Tech Co. Fights To Bar Google Launch Of Chrome Products

Law360, New York (June 6, 2011, 5:38 PM EDT) -- A Utah-based computer technology company that has been battling Google Inc. over a trademark for hardware sued the search engine giant on Monday in an effort to block the sale of its Chrome operating system products.

Isys Technologies Inc. says Google products slated to go on sale later this June, the Chromebook and Chromebox PC, infringe its trademark for the company's ChromiumPC modular computer, which runs open source operating systems such as Google's Chrome.
