Law360, New York (June 6, 2011, 7:36 PM EDT) -- The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. Inc. on Friday told a New York bankruptcy court that it had struck a crucial deal with its most important supplier that would revamp its supply chain needs and help the supermarket chain save $50 million annually.
