Court Nixes Deutsche Bank’s $2.5B Tribune Suit

Law360, New York (June 7, 2011, 2:21 PM EDT) -- A Colorado federal judge on Monday threw out a Deutsche Bank AG lawsuit against OppenheimerFunds Inc. funds and others alleging Tribune Co. noteholders lost $2.5 billion in the leveraged buyout of the now-bankrupt publisher, saying he lacked jurisdiction over the claims.
