ITC Allows Challenge To Shrimp Anti-Dumping Order

Law360, Los Angeles (June 7, 2011, 8:10 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Tuesday denied the government’s motion to partially dismiss a challenge by Vietnamese frozen warmwater shrimp importers to the U.S. Department of Commerce's decisions during an anti-dumping order review, ruling the plaintiffs raised legal claims.

“These claims will be adjudicated on the basis of relevant authority when the court rules on [the] plaintiffs’ pending motion for judgment on the agency record,” Chief Judge Donald Pogue wrote in the three-page ruling.
