8th Circ. Again Upholds Catheter Maker's Antitrust Win

Law360, New York (June 8, 2011, 3:46 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Wednesday upheld for the second time the dismissal of a hospital's antitrust class action accusing medical technology manufacturer CR Bard Inc. of orchestrating a scheme to drive up the prices of urological catheters through contract provisions.
