Turkish Firms May Still Be Dumping Steel Pipe: DOC

Law360, New York (June 8, 2011, 2:49 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce said Wednesday it had issued a preliminary determination that two Turkish companies had sold welded carbon steel pipes and tubes in the U.S. at below normal value.

According to a notice published in the Federal Register, Commerce preliminarily determined that Turkey's Borusan Group and Toscelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi AS have dumped imports of the steel pipes and tubes in the U.S., assigning weighted-average margins of 5.26 percent to Borusan and 4.74 percent to Toscelik.
