State Classes Rejected In Citizens Financial OT Suit

Law360, New York (June 9, 2011, 2:16 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Wednesday declined to certify Pennsylvania and Massachusetts opt-out classes in an overtime pay suit brought against Citizens Financial Group Inc. by assistant branch managers, who previously won certification of a federal opt-in class.

U.S. District Judge Gary L.
