Dell, Oracle Sued Over Remote Server Tech Patents

Law360, New York (June 9, 2011, 12:24 PM EDT) -- Round Rock Research LLC, a patent-holding company founded by former Kirkland & Ellis LLP partner John Desmarais, sued Oracle Corp. and Dell Inc. in Texas on Wednesday, accusing them of infringing nine patents for server management technology.

The complaint targets remote server management systems made and sold by the two technology giants.
