2nd Circ. Revives Designer's Suit Against Old Navy

Law360, New York (June 9, 2011, 3:29 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit last week revived fashion designer Todd Oldham's contract suit against Old Navy Inc. over a botched deal for the retail chain to carry a line of branded clothing and for Oldham to serve as the company's design creative director.
