Lehman Creditors Voice Outcry Over Disclosure Bid

Law360, New York (June 9, 2011, 8:18 PM EDT) -- Unsecured Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. creditors on Wednesday attacked a request from bondholders that a New York judge impose uniform disclosure procedures concerning Chapter 11 exit proposals for the fallen investment giant.

The official creditors committee lodged an objection in Manhattan bankruptcy arguing that the request — made by a group of bondholders — would impose too high a burden on the parties involved in advancing the three restructuring plans that have been submitted in the case.
