Chinese Garlic Co. Fights Rescission Of Dumping Review

Law360, New York (June 9, 2011, 7:14 PM EDT) -- Zhengzhou Huachao Industrial Co. Ltd. filed a complaint in the U.S. Court of International Trade on Tuesday challenging the U.S. Department of Commerce's decision to rescind its new shipper anti-dumping duty review of fresh garlic from China.

Commerce found in the final results of its review that Zhengzhou Huachao's sales during the review period were not bona fide and that they therefore could not serve as a reasonable or reliable basis for calculating a dumping margin.
