Wellogix, BP Unit Settle Suit Over Software Theft

Law360, New York (June 9, 2011, 7:55 PM EDT) -- Wellogix Inc. on Thursday settled a three-year-old Texas lawsuit it brought against BP PLC's American arm, which allegedly broke a deal to use Wellogix's accounting software and stole its computer code.

U.S. District Judge Keith P. Ellison, who had acted as arbitrator in the case, issued an order ending the litigation.
