16 State AGs Come Out Against NLRB's Boeing Suit

Law360, New York (June 9, 2011, 7:51 PM EDT) -- Sixteen state attorneys general on Thursday filed an amicus brief opposing a recent administrative suit filed by the National Labor Relations Board alleging that Boeing Co. violated federal law by transferring work to a nonunion facility in South Carolina.

The top attorneys from Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Michigan, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wyoming signed on to the brief, claiming that the suit is “unprecedented” and will harm their states' ability to attract new employers and jobs....
