Calif. Utility Sues US Over Water Agreement

Law360, New York (June 10, 2011, 7:43 PM EDT) -- A California water authority accused the U.S. Department of the Interior on Thursday of reducing the water supply for millions of people to benefit a salmon's migration in violation of an operating agreement with the state.
