Ill. National Must Help Pay For Construction Row: Suit

Law360, New York (June 13, 2011, 3:47 PM EDT) -- American Casualty Company of Reading, Pa., sued Illinois National Insurance Co. in Texas on Friday, seeking contribution for claims in a Dunn Southeast Inc. suit over coverage for allegedly shoddy construction work that caused $44 million in damage to a hospital.
