UBS Exec Seeks Extension To Answer SEC Charges

Law360, New York (May 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Wall Street executive charged by regulators with involvement in a multimillion-dollar insider trading ring has asked a court for more time to respond to the allegations.

Mitchel Guttenberg, executive director and institutional client manager at UBS, filed a request with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Thursday to extend the deadline for answering allegations in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s civil suit.
