Family Seeks $5M From Attys Who Won Suit With Bribes

Law360, New York (June 14, 2011, 5:03 PM EDT) -- A former Texas lawmaker and personal injury attorney who copped to bribing a judge was sued in state court Thursday by a family he represented that wants its former counsel to give up $5.6 million in fees.
