Claims Tossed In Wells Fargo Suit

Law360 (May 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Wells Fargo & Co. won a small victory in a securities fraud suit filed against the company when a district court judge tossed some of the claims.

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted Wells Fargo’s motion for summary judgment on three counts of the complaint, although it let stand the fourth claim, which alleges violations of the Securites Exchange Act of 1934.
