Toshiba Sues Hynix In U.S., Japan For Infringing Flash-Memory Patents

Law360 (November 8, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Japanese electronics maker Toshiba Corp. has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against South Korea's Hynix Semiconductor Inc. in a Texas federal court and the Tokyo District Court, claiming that the rival infringed on patents for flash memory chips
