Judge Slashes Carnival's $25M Win In Rolls-Royce Suit

Law360, New York (June 15, 2011, 1:23 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Wednesday handed a partial victory to Rolls-Royce PLC in a suit accusing it of selling a faulty propulsion system for a luxury ship, slashing a verdict for Carnival Corp. from $24.8 million to $16.7 million.
