CBS Drops Contract Suit Against Eaton Switchgear

Law360, New York (June 14, 2011, 7:57 PM EDT) -- CBS Corp. on Tuesday dropped a New York contract suit against power management company Eaton Corp. over which should pay for product liability suits over allegedly defective switchgear technology that Eaton acquired from a CBS predecessor.
