Cruise Co. May Face Punitive Damages Over Gas Leak

Law360, New York (June 15, 2011, 8:05 PM EDT) -- A Florida state judge ruled earlier this month that Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. could face punitive damages in a suit over a deadly gas leak if a ship's crew proves the company ignored warning signs and didn't fix the problem until months later.
