DOJ Fights Cleanup Co.'s Latest Bid In Kickback Case

Law360, New York (June 15, 2011, 6:32 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors told a New Jersey federal court on Wednesday that it should not reconsider a restitution bid by an environmental remediation company that once employed a contractor recently sentenced for his role in a kickback conspiracy at two Superfund sites.
