Publisher Sues Apple Over 'iBooks' Trademark

Law360, New York (June 15, 2011, 8:49 PM EDT) -- J.T. Colby & Co. Inc. and two related publishing companies slapped Apple Inc. with a trademark infringement suit on Wednesday in New York, targeting Apple's use of the "iBooks" mark and claiming it misled the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
