Women Claim Halliburton, U.S. Liable For Sex Attacks

Law360, New York (May 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two female employees working for affiliates of Halliburton Corp. and its former subsidiary Kellogg Brown & Root have separately accused the companies and the U.S. of fostering an environment that led to sexual attacks while they were stationed in Iraq, including an alleged gang rape by several KBR firefighters.
