Calif. Utility Fails To Block Water Slowdown

Law360, New York (June 16, 2011, 5:11 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday rejected a state water authority's bid to block the U.S. from reducing a water supply in order to protect salmon, saying the utility did not show the reduction would breach an operating agreement.
