Law360, New York (June 17, 2011, 7:29 PM EDT) -- A former New Hampshire insurance analyst slapped two state insurance officials with a whistleblower suit Thursday, alleging they fired her because she refused to skew a bidding process for a health care reform contract to favor a Utah consultant.
