Addus Homecare, Investors Reach $3M Deal Over IPO

Law360, New York (June 17, 2011, 5:41 PM EDT) -- Addus Homecare Corp. and its executives and underwriters on Thursday reached a $3 million class action settlement in Illinois with investors who claimed the defendants omitted material information from documents related to the company's October 2009 initial public offering.

The suit, filed in March 2010 on behalf of anyone who bought stock in Addus as a result of the home medical service provider's IPO registration statement, alleged that the statement and prospectus were negligently prepared and contained false statements or omitted material information.
